1. Call to Order

2. Approval of March 25th Board Meeting Minutes
1. Minutes approved.

3. Conference Details
1. The board discussed details for the spring conference, finalizing the order of events and particular duties during the conference.
2. There was a request to give $200 to cover the cost of printing the Mandala.  A motion was made, seconded and approved.
